We provide support for a large number of REDHAT solutions.

We have special rates for 2nd and 3rd level & emergency support for clients who don't want a standing support contract.

  1. Incident Support

    For the customer who needs occasional support but it is unpredictable and seldom urgent.

    • IT VALLEY staff will advise or troubleshoot problems with your server(s) on a per-incident basis.
    • Response time depends on consultant availability during regular business hours (9 am - 5 pm).
    • Consultants may be available for on site support based on prearrangements.
  2. Server/Site Support
    • IT VALLEY will provide regular support (troubleshooting upgrading software, etc) for your machine(s) for 1 year.
    • Response time is next business day or sooner.
    • Prices are per server per month and vary from the base depending on server complexity and mission criticality.
  3. 24/7 Emergency Support
    • IT VALLEY will provide support for your machine(s) 24 hours aday, 7 days aweek for one year.
